Before & Aftercare
Before Treatment

- Inform your provider if you have a history of cold sores or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
After Treatment
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours after treatment.
- Keep the treated area clean and makeup-free for at least 24 hours.
- Stay upright for 4 hours following treatment and avoid applying pressure to the area for the first 48 hours.
- Refrain from high-intensity activities or exercise for over 24 hours and avoid hot environments for 24 hours.
- Avoid additional skin treatments in the treated area for up to 2 weeks.
Contraindications
This treatment is not suitable for individuals who:
- Have the flu, a virus, or are generally unwell
- Are currently undergoing active antibiotic treatment
Individuals with certain medical conditions or allergies to Botulinum Toxin components should avoid the treatment. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals are also advised against undergoing a lip flip. Consultation and medical questionnaire is required prior to treatment.
